Any photocopy requests must be reviewed for copyright compliance by the Interlibrary Loan staff before they are sent to potential lending libraries.
Awaiting Customer Contact
Requested material has been received and processed by the Interlibrary Loan staff and is waiting for a notice to be sent via e-mail to the patron letting them know it has arrived.
Awaiting Post Receipt Processing
Requested material has been received. It is waiting for appropriate paperwork to be printed and attached to the material.
Awaiting Request Processing
Request has been received into the ILLiad system and is waiting to be reviewed, searched, and sent to potential lending libraries.
Awaiting Return Label Printing
Requested material has been checked in from patron and is waiting for return shipping label to be printed.
Cancelled by Customer
The patron has canceled request.
Cancelled by ILL Staff
Interlibrary Loan staff have cancelled request. For further details on reasons for cancellation, see the Reason for Cancellation field in the Detailed Request Information section and the notes listed in the Notes Information section.
Checked Out to Customer
The patron at the Rolvaag Circulation desk has picked up requested loan. Paperwork then came back to the Interlibrary Loan office and was checked out in the ILLiad system.
Customer Not Notified
All photocopies and other non-returnable materials are mailed via campus mail to the patron. Since the patron is not required to pick up the material, they are not notified of the material's arrival.
Customer Notified via E-Mail
All returnable material is stored at the Rolvaag Library Circulation desk for pick-up by the patron. An e-mail notice was sent to the patron notifying them that the material has arrived and is available for pick-up.
Item Checked In
Patron has returned the material and the Interlibrary Loan staff has checked it in.
Received Partial/Incorrect Item
The Interlibrary Loan staff received the requested material but there was a problem with it that required us to contact the lending library. Further information may be found in the notes listed in the Notes Information section.
Renewed by Customer to date
The patron has initiated a renewal request. An automatic two-week renewal is given pending approval by the lending library.
Request Added Through Client
Request initiated by Interlibrary Loan staff.
Request Finished
For non-returnable materials (photocopies), this status indicates that the material was received and mailed via campus mail to the patron. For returnable materials (loans), this status indicates that the material was returned by the patron and shipped back to the lending library.
Request in Processing
Request is being reviewed and searched for potential lending libraries.
Request Sent
Request has been sent to potential lending libraries. This status will usually not change until the Interlibrary Loan staff has received the item. For further information on whether the lending libraries have shipped this request, please contact the Interlibrary Loan staff.
Re-Submitted by Customer
This request that was previously cancelled in ILLiad, was re-submitted by the patron. The same Transaction Number (TN) will be used and new request history will be added to history of the cancelled request.

Lists the Interlibrary Loan staff member who made the change in status to your request. Professional staff is listed by their St. Olaf e-mail address. Student staff is listed by a code. If the patron has made any changes to their request (such as cancellations or renewals), their username will appear in this column.
